You pay $7 at signup, and every cent of it lands in your account as usage credits (non-refundable, fully spendable on calls, SMS, and AI research). The $197.00/agent monthly fee is waived for 7 days, then starts automatically on the card you added. Cancel anytime before day 8 and you owe nothing more.
What's the difference between Base and VIP Management?
Base ($197/agent/mo) gives you everything — agent access, configuration, dashboard. You set it up via the dashboard with our walkthrough videos. VIP Management ($497/agent/mo) replaces Base and adds a dedicated operator who actively monitors and tunes your agents. We don't respond to leads for you — we make sure the system that does is performing.
Do I have to pay VIP Setup?
No. VIP Setup is optional. Most customers self-serve the setup using the dashboard and walkthrough videos. VIP Setup is for customers who want us to handle everything — including provisioning a Twilio number — so they can skip straight to running the agent.
How does the bundle discount work?
When you have 2+ active agent subscriptions, every agent's monthly price drops by the bundle percentage. The discount is applied automatically when an agent is added or removed — no codes, no admin steps.
What's the cost beyond the monthly fee?
Usage: voice calls, SMS, and AI research are billed at cost via prepaid credits. Most customers spend $20–$100/month in usage depending on lead volume. Twilio number rental (if you use platform-managed numbers) is included in usage. Bring your own Twilio account to remove that charge.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contracts. Monthly billing, cancel anytime. Existing customers locked in at earlier pricing keep their rate.
