Cookie Policy
Last updated: September 8, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Revenue Systems AI ("we," "our," or "the Company") uses cookies and similar technologies on the revenuesystems.ai website and platform (the "Service").
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your browser or device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, provide a better user experience, and give website operators information about how the site is being used.
2. Essential Cookies
These cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to function. They cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| sb-*-auth-token | Supabase authentication session. Keeps you logged in and secures your session. | Session / 1 year |
| sb-*-auth-token-code-verifier | PKCE code verifier for secure OAuth flows during sign-in. | Session |
3. Functional Cookies
These cookies enable enhanced functionality and personalization. They may be set by us or by third-party services we use.
| Cookie / Storage | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| theme | Stores your preferred color scheme (light or dark mode). | Persistent |
4. Analytics Cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors find and use the Service, so we can improve it. They are set only if you accept analytics cookies. If you decline, none of the scripts below are loaded.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| _ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics 4. Distinguishes visitors and sessions to measure traffic, referral sources, and which pages get read. | 2 years |
| _clck | Microsoft Clarity. Stores a visitor identifier so activity can be linked across sessions. | 1 year |
| _clsk | Microsoft Clarity. Groups the page views in one visit into a single session recording. Clarity may record mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling. | 1 day |
We also use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure page performance. These do not set cookies and do not store anything on your device, so they are not covered by the consent banner.
5. Advertising Cookies
We advertise our own Service on Meta platforms. These cookies measure whether an ad led to a demo request. They are set only if you accept, and we do not serve third-party ads on the Service.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| _fbp | Meta (Facebook) Pixel. Identifies a browser so page views and conversion events can be measured and attributed on Facebook and Instagram. | 3 months |
| _fbc | Meta Pixel. Stores the click identifier from a Meta ad so a resulting demo request can be attributed to that ad. | 3 months |
We do not sell your personal information. Under California law, use of the Meta Pixel may count as sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Declining advertising cookies stops that sharing and serves as your "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" request for this browser.
6. Your Choices
The first time you visit, we show a banner asking whether to allow analytics and advertising cookies. Nothing in sections 4 or 5 loads until you accept. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie named rsai_consent for 12 months, and it applies across both our marketing site and the application.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time. Withdrawing brings the banner back and removes the analytics and advertising cookies we set.
7. Managing Cookies in Your Browser
You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
- View what cookies are stored and delete them individually
- Block third-party cookies
- Block cookies from specific sites
- Block all cookies
- Delete all cookies when you close your browser
Please note that if you disable essential cookies, you will not be able to log in to the Service or use core functionality.
