Our Story

How chasing shiny AI tools led us to the ones that actually matter.

Like everyone else in 2023, we got obsessed with AI automations.

We built email triage agents, Slack summarizers, internal knowledge bots. You name it, we automated it. And honestly? They were cool. Really cool. The kind of cool where you show your friends and they say "wow that's amazing" and then nobody actually uses it.

Meanwhile, we watched agencies sell these same automations to businesses for thousands of dollars a month. Businesses were paying big money for AI that sorted their inbox or summarized meeting notes. Here's the problem: none of it was generating revenue. Not a single dollar. The businesses didn't churn because the product was bad. They churned because they couldn't justify the spend. No ROI, no renewal. Simple as that.

So we asked a different question: what if AI only worked on things that actually make money?

We started working with home services companies. Roofers, HVAC techs, plumbers, solar installers. These are people who are incredible at their trade but lose deals every single day because they can't answer the phone fast enough. They're on a roof. They're in a crawl space. They're driving. And the lead they just paid $80 for on HomeAdvisor? Gone. Called the next guy on the list.

There's a famous MIT and InsideSales.com study that found your odds of qualifying a lead are 8 times higher if you respond within the first 5 minutes. After 10 minutes, there's a 400% drop in qualification rates. Five minutes. That's the whole ballgame.

So that became our obsession. Not "how do we automate everything?" but "how do we make sure every lead gets a response in under 5 minutes, every time, no exceptions?"

We built Speed to Lead. An AI that takes an incoming web form or ad lead, instantly researches the property, and calls the homeowner back with real context about their home. Not a robocall. A real conversation. And if they don't pick up? It follows up with SMS, waits, tries again, and doesn't give up until it's had a real conversation or respectfully backed off.

With our first client, we helped convert 76% of their cold leads. These were leads that sat untouched for days or weeks. The AI picked them up, followed up intelligently, and turned them into booked appointments. That's not a vanity metric. That's revenue.

Our Mission

Build AI that generates real revenue for real businesses, with humans always in the loop and the customer always treated like a person, not a conversion.

Here's the thing about AI voice right now: it's moving fast. Like, "blink and the model you were using last month sounds like a tin can compared to today" fast. The technology is seeing breakthroughs every few weeks. Conversations are getting more natural, latency is dropping, and the ability for AI to handle real nuance in a phone call is improving at a rate that genuinely surprises us. And we work on this every day.

We also noticed something else while building in this space. Most automation shops are duct-taping together 6 different tools. You need a CRM subscription here, a voice platform there, an SMS tool, a separate analytics dashboard, maybe a Zapier plan holding it all together with prayers and webhooks. Your business data is scattered across a dozen logins. Something breaks and nobody knows where to look.

We didn't want to do that. Our goal from the start was to put everything in one platform. Your AI voice agents, your SMS follow-ups, your lead research, your review management, your re-engagement campaigns, your website. One login. One dashboard. One team to call when something needs adjusting. No more managing multiple subscriptions or wondering which tool is doing what.

And one more thing we feel strongly about: human in the loop, always.

We are not trying to replace people. The AI handles the speed, the consistency, the 2am calls, and the follow-ups that would otherwise fall through the cracks. But when a customer has a real concern? When a job needs a judgment call? When someone just wants to talk to a human? It routes to you. Instantly. With full context about the conversation so far.

AI should work with your team, not in spite of them. Your customers should feel like they're getting better service, not talking to a machine. And your team should feel like they have a tireless assistant that makes them better at their job, not something competing for it.

That's what we're building here. Revenue-focused AI that respects the humans on both sides of the transaction. If that sounds like something you want for your business, we'd love to show you how it works.
